Every piece is made for you, specifically. Here's everything you need to know before and after your order.
Every product page has a detailed size chart with exact measurements. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering. We do not accept exchanges for incorrect size selection — so please take 60 seconds to measure yourself before placing an order. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend going with the larger one for comfort.
Cold machine wash. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, iron the print directly, or dry clean. Using cold water preserves both fabric quality and print longevity — your piece was built to last.
We operate on a made-to-order model. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every garment is crafted specifically for the person who orders it — which eliminates fabric waste and ensures that what we make is actually wanted. This isn't a marketing trick. It's just a better way to make clothes.
Typically, no. We don't mass-produce and we don't manufacture excess stock. Once a design's run is complete, it's complete. Follow us on Instagram to stay ahead of upcoming drops.
When you place an order, your garment doesn't exist yet. It is built specifically for you after payment is confirmed. This is why dispatch takes 1–2 working days rather than same-day — that time is your garment being made.
Because production begins immediately, cancellations are not accepted. However, if your order is still in 'Unfulfilled' status, you may request a size or item modification by emailing us promptly. Once the AWB is generated, no changes can be made.
We accept all major cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at a nominal additional fee. Prepaid orders ship free.
Reach out to us via WhatsApp and we'll assist you directly. Mention the product, size, and your shipping details and we'll get it sorted.
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. This window covers the custom build and quality check of your piece. You'll receive real-time tracking via email and SMS once it ships.
Metro cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Prepaid orders: free shipping across India. COD orders carry a nominal handling fee shown at checkout. We currently ship within India only.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also use the order tracking page on our website.
Have someone available at the delivery address. Our courier will re-attempt delivery 2 times before returning the order. To hold a shipment, email us before it dispatches.
Because every piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. A made-to-order garment cannot be restocked — it was built for one person. Please review the size chart, description, and photos carefully before ordering.

Email us with your order number and a clear unboxing video showing the damage. An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we'll ship a fresh replacement at no cost.
