At Preknwn, we believe in the power of the individual. In a world of mass-produced waste and mindless consumption, we choose a different path. We do not engage in bulk manufacturing.

Every single piece you order is crafted specifically for you only after you hit the "purchase" button. This "made-to-order" approach ensures that each garment is a purposeful creation, reducing environmental impact and ensuring that your piece hasn't been sitting in a dusty warehouse for months. It is fresh, it is unique, and it is yours.

1. The "Made-for-You" Commitment

Because each item is an individual production run dedicated to your order, we do not support returns or exchanges for change of mind or size preference. By purchasing from Preknwn, you are joining us in a movement against overproduction. We encourage you to consult our Size Guide meticulously before ordering to ensure your piece fits the way you envision.

2. Our Quality Guarantee

While we strive for perfection in every stitch and print, we are human. If your unique piece arrives with a structural defect or a printing error:

• The Window: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

• The Process: To help us maintain our high standards, please provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the issue.

• The Resolution: If the fault is ours, we will recreate your specific piece and ship it to you at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, our artisans begin the preparation process almost immediately. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this window, the creation process has begun, and the order cannot be reversed.

4. Shipments & Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery details are 100% accurate. If a "specially built" piece is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the secondary shipping costs to get it back into their hands.

5. Store Credit

In the rare event that a replacement for a defective item is not possible, we will issue Store Credit via a unique digital code. We do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method, as the resources for your custom build have already been utilized.
