By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Preknwn does not follow a mass-production model. Each garment is specially built and crafted upon your request.

You understand that this process requires a 1–2 day dispatch window.
You acknowledge that because each piece is uniquely produced for you, we maintain a strict No Return/No Exchange policy (except for verified manufacturing defects).

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as each piece is individually crafted, minor variations may occur. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
