Our Philosophy - At Preknwn, we don't believe in the waste of mass production. Every order is a unique project, treated with the focus it deserves. Instead of pulling a dusty item off a shelf, we begin the process of bringing your specific piece to life only after you've joined our movement.

• Processing & Dispatch: Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your garment to be meticulously prepared, quality-checked, and handed over to our logistics partners.

• Operating Hours: Our studio processes and dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin their journey on the following business day.

Shipping & Charges

We are currently focused on delivering our vision across India.

• Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders across the country.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): To support our "made-for-you" model, a nominal convenience fee may apply to COD orders at checkout to cover additional logistics handling.

Delivery Timelines

Once your piece is dispatched, the journey is managed by our premium courier partners. While we ensure your order leaves our doors within 48 hours, the final arrival depends on your location:

• Metros & Major Cities: 2 to 5 working days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India: 5 to 7 working days post-dispatch.

Please note: While we ensure timely dispatch, the final delivery date is subject to the courier partner's operations and any unforeseen regional delays (festivals, weather, or transit strikes).

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID. This allows you to follow the journey of your piece in real-time as it makes its way to you.

Delivery Attempts & Reshipping

Our courier partners will typically make three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be "Returned to Origin" (RTO).

• Because each item was built specifically for your order, any reshipping of an RTO package will incur an additional shipping fee.
